stylin..that setup looks awesome...very clean, do you get tight bass with those JLs?

what happens when you want to haul some luggage... I think grilles over the speakers and amps would protect them from damage?

javagod...i have a grill that goes over the subs when i want to haul some crap.

Calvin: i couldn't tell you the total cost including parts and install. I am guessing over $4,000 or close there to. The only reason I couldn't tell you is because my buddy who owns a stereo shop did the install for me.

PM Streeteffectz on this board if you want more install information. He did not do the install, but he is an experienced installer who has a lot of hours logged on many different TL's. Many of them are on this board.

Good luck

Calvin: look up the Internet and look for www.iasca.com
Go to their events calendar and look for one near you. Go
to the stereo competition and check out each competitor's
car for ideas. The competition cars are real wild. But what
is most important is not the wow factor, but the "ear" factor.
You can put in expensive equip, but if it sounds like crap,....well
it is crap!!! make sure you get a MCEP certified installer (it means they know what they are doing). Good luck!!!

Stylin, what was your reason for putting Sony headunit in the
trunk? Did you want to keep the stock Bose deck? And how
did you gain access to the controls? Did you have a wireless
remote (L3)?
