I've got an 06 MDX and have grown tired of using the 6 disc changer without MP3 (a huge oversight by Ac imo). Also, I haven't been able to find a nice looking dual din harness to put a new system in which is why the Denison lineup was such a nice find.

The reason that I'm going this route is that I figure it will be cheaper than getting a custom-made double din setup plus all the modules I'll need to keep my steering wheel controls and bluetooth for my phone. Also, it doesn't support A2DP so streaming over bluetooth is out but it would be nice if that were possible with some kind of firmware upgrade.

So I settled on a gateway 100 or 300, depending on price and I want to know how many people have actually tried this in an MDX. What kind of functionality will I get with a setup that isn't made to read song titles or even index folders?

It seems that denison favours BMW because I couldn't find a lot of literature about what kind of features you can expect if you install this in an 06 MDX.
