Acura TL, 99, non-nav

After reading a thread on installing a tablet to replace the nav screen ( https://acurazine.com/forums/2g-tl-performance-parts-modifications-116/7-inch-tablet-nav-internet-mod-857257/ ), I am looking to do something similar.

Questions:

1. Will the nav dash for a 00-03 fit a 99? I ask because I am purchasing one on ebay and the description says 00-03. But I am under the impression it will fit a 99? I have also purchased the climate control piece.

2. Where can I find a 7 inch screen to fit the dash where it has video input so I may hook up my iPhone? I have a tablet that I was going to use, and use the Waze app (navigation w/ live traffic) by tethering to my phone to get data. But why tie up my tablet, when I can get a cheap display screen to serve this main purpose?
