Question Custom Front Faces ?

What did everyone use to do the custom front faces if they replaced their factory decks? Pictures? I had a local shop do one for me but I don't like it and was wondering what other options are out there.

Thanks.....

What did they use, do you know? 1/8", 1/4" ABS plastic? Painted or no? You have a close up of what they did?
