Cracked Fuse Holder

Anybody ever have their fuse holder break, bascially in half? I have a RF 4 guage power wire and one of the ends of the plastic fuse holder broke off. Right now, I just duct taped the end back on. The fuse holder is already installed in the wire with the kit. Any bright ideas out there? Where can I get just the fuse holder and how can I connect it to the existing power wire? Would I need to get a whole to kit?

You talking about the fuse by the battery that the power wire runs through or a fused distribution block?

You can get these just about anywhere. cardomain, knukonceptz, crutchfield.

Yep, but I guess I need to look more carefully how it's connected. I can't remember if it had screw type connections for the wire.

Will Best Buy or Circuit City have something like this? I know I can get them online, but just would like to get it quicker/cheaper.

most all of these fuse holders are alike. They just have screws that clamp into the wire. Just get a new one for a few bucks, and save yourself the worry. I have like 6 sitting around in my garage, and house. If it's just the outer part, you have less to worry about, just get an empty one, and swap the internals into it.
