CL Radio/Nav Code lock out
I had the problem with my Nav being locked and not knowing the code. I searched the forum, and read about getting the serial # off the back of the Nav Screen. Turns out after talking to the dealer. The serial number they need is from the actual GPS system in the trunk. Everything is working great now!!!
