cheap aux install for 04 tl

hey guys i wanna install an aux port in my cousins car for his birthday and get him a bluetooth adapter. trying to do it on the cheap. i have done some research and found some adapters for around $100 and some for $50, have no idea what the difference is and the easiest way to install. hoping there is a very common solution you guys have been using on here. thanks.

wish i could help but im all about aftermarket for the radios,,,after all, it does both of what you want it to do and its not hard to put in as long as your not colorblind. if your going to pull everything apart to do a simple aux fix then just get an aftermareket headunit and it will be much better!
