is there anyway to change the interface or graphics of the dvd navigation easily? (by easily, i mean without ripping the dvd, finding the files, then reburning the dvd).

 

You mean change the background images and things like that? no, but people are looking into hacking the DVD on other forums, like club rsx and acura-mdx.org, but that would still involve burning the dvd again anyway.
