TL: CD won't work?!

CD won't work?!
I recently purchase my front end collision 2000 TL. I just started to drive it more often and I been listening to the radio mostly. Last night I decide to pop in a CD i made from my civic, but the CD got rejected. So I thought "Oh maybe it doesn't take burn CDs." So I put in a CD that is not burned and it got rejected also. So I tried all my CDs and they all got rejected out.
Has anyone experience this with their CD player? I haven't tried the tape player yet. I might have to dig deep into my dad's boxes to find a tape. But any help would be great!

If it spits out non-burned cd's then it's bad

There is no error code. The CD just comes right back out after trying to read it. Thinking about changing to after market (Alpine), but also considering changing to another OEM one because I like the volume control on the steering wheel and I don't want to attractive any thieves. But yes, Ipod would overpass this but who listens to CD and tape nows a day right? LOL

Well, i was lucky enough to geet a great deal on mine in the BM.
It connects to the back of the radio, and i ran the wires along the passenger side panels having it come out thru a small hole in the center console. It's easy to do and worth it.
the main reason i got one was cuz my tape player broke, and i originally listened to my ipod thru that.
Volume control on the ipod doesn't matter, so if u fuck with it ur not ruining how it sounds thru the blitzsafe

I have the same problem and I couldn't stand the buzz from the tape to aux so i bought this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/280725895993...84.m1497.l2649
It looks like a piece of crap but Its freaking awesome! plugs in right in the back of the CD player and sounds really good, for some odd reason my sub even sounds more powerful.
