Cd changers compatible with Alpine headunits?

I have sony cd/mp3 changer and i wanted to know if there was a way to connect it to my alpine deck. (CDA-9835)

The cable for the changer plugs to the back of the deck but, there is no place to plug in an "audio out" from the changer to the HU.

Is there a specific adapter for this or am i just stuck with Alpine decks?

alpine and sony both use the same cable. Ai-net for alpine, don't know the name for sony. The alpine changers hook up via Ai-net and there are no other cables

see the thing is i have a red and white audio cable going from the sony deck, which says audio out. Where would that attach to on the rear of the deck?

The cable connects to the back but I'm wondering where the audio in from the cd changer goes.

you have to buy a connector that pops into the back of the 9835 ( i have the same deck). it is called the alpine m bus adaptor. it is a y shaped cord with one end that plugs into your HU and the other end has the red and the white inputs. it connects to the circular input in the back left (when you are looking from the back) of the unit. then just turn your aux on from the head unit and plug your sony changer in. you can pick up a generic one off ebay for $13 plus shipping.
