I'm sure this has asked 1,000 times but I'm considering installing a CD changer in my 1999 3.2 TL (no nav system). Someone in this forum recommended the Alpine CHA-S634. Any opinions about that? Also, where exactly does it go? I believe in the trunk, but where?Thanks and sorry if this question has been asked too many times..

 

I mounted mine where the navi unit would go. I bought the navi bracket and slid it in there.
Here's a pic. It's under that carpeted piece in the top right of the picture.

Is there a wire for a changer already there? I know that the legend had it pre-wired.

There is no preinstalled wire for the changer. You'll have to run it.
