Capacitor question

I know many people disagree with a capacitor but that is the only thing I have at this moment until I can afford an yellow/red top. My question is that on the top of the cap i have FOUR screws. Negative on the left with two hole, and positive on the right with two holes. I know I run the positive line from the battery to cap and to the amp, but do i do the same with ground? Ground to cap and out to amp?? Or ground BOTH the cap and amp?

Yes, ground the amp to the cap and the cap to the car, it's essentially just a distribution block so you don't need 2 seperate grounds.

NP, and despite what people say, caps do serve a purpose especially in a config like you have with no optima
