Cant find Southboard's instructions for Polk DX6

Cant find Southboard's instructions for Polk DX6
I have heard so much about these speakers and how they are a good cheap upgrade. I cant however find the thread where southboard gave instructions on how to do it. Can someone post a link. thanks

Also, do I need to buy an amp to run those speakers?
