I really dont see why not, its just a matter of the different climate controls and the new piece that surrounds the monitor (i think) then it all just plugs into the back of the radio for the voice commands and all, the only thing is that would most likely get very expensive... you may want to look into an aftermarket system, like from Alpine and see what they have to offer. Thats my 2 cents... but you may want to get in touch with your acura dealer and see how much it would really be as well.

Well, just to give you an idea. Here are what you need.
1. DVD unit in the trunk.
2. Navi screen.
3. GPS antena.
4. Navi trim piece.
5. Climate control unit.
6. Wiring all components.
Those are just obvious things that I see. There may be other minor thing as well. I guess you are looking at 2K for the navi stuff and expect to pay big time labor.
