Can I do this?

I have one 10" Infinity perfect single voice coil, and I need another one. I cant find another one like it because the svc is discontinued. I can however find the dual voice coil readily, and for about $100.

I already have a decent amp, a dual 10" sealed box, and one basically brand new 10.1 perfect.

The box has separate terminals for each sub, so how do I wire it so each sub gets the same amount of power and is running at the same impedance? Can I just run a wire to one of the terminals on the dvc sub & then bridge the subs together between the amp & box? Or do I have to use both terminals on the dvc sub?

I know its probably a newb question, but i havent dealt with this exact problem before.

Thanks

If I understand what you are wanting to do... Wire them in series. Take the amp positive and hook it to speaker 1 positive, and the amp negative to the negative of speaker 2. Then just hook up the speaker 1 negative and speaker 2 positive to each other. Just a suggestion, I know it sounds strange hooking positive and negative together, but that should do it. Check out this link for more of an explanition http://www.termpro.com/articles/spkrz.html
