Ok I picked up a Bosch relay from Soundadvice. Now my problem is how do I wire it to turn on my amplifier??? It comes with no install instructions. I just need to know which prongs to hook the power, ground, remote signal in, and remote signal out. A diagram would greatly help. Streetz,anyone???

30 - Constant 12 volt
85 - Remote from radio
86 - Ground
87 - To Amp

If you do not want the "click" sound from the relay, wrap the relay in some bubble wrap or else, everytime you turn on/off your system, you'll hear a "click" sound.

Whenever I connect the blue wire to the blue remote turn on lead from the factory amp the factory amp doesnt turn on anymore. Anyway to get around this???

It shouldn't be doing that. I am not even using a relay and the stock amp and my big Orion amp turns on fine without a problem.
