TL: Bluetooth connection on 2012 TL Tech package

Bluetooth connection on 2012 TL Tech package
I just bought a 2012 TL-SH with the Tech package and I'm unable to connect my phone via Bluetooth.
1) I push PHONE to get to that menu
2) "No phone is connected. Would you like to select a phone to connect?" I push YES
3) Menu of the phones that were connected by the previous owner (four of them) but no option to add a new phone or delete existing phones. My understanding is the screen should give me the option of adding my phone, but for some reason it doesn't.
Thoughts?
