Exclamation Blitzsafe Help

i have a 2004 acura tsx w/ navi.

i just received my blitzsafe hon/m-link v.2 in the mail. i connected everything, pretty easy install. however, my ipod charges but my factory stereo does not recognize the aux. no aux, no sound.

am i doing something wrong? anyone else having this problem? please help...ive been waiting forever for this thing, all i want to do is get it to work.

P.S. anyone know how to open up the blitzsafe unit? ive been trying to find a way to open it, but it seems pretty hard to do. if anyone knows how to open it up, let me know.

You can open it on the side where the cable comes out, there is a plastic panel that is glued on. Blitzsafe is know to have issue with tsx radio. You might have better luck with radio off on FM, then take the key out of the ignition. Reinsert key after a couple secs, then keep pushing on Aux button like crazy until CD-C shows up.
