Blitzsafe FIX!!!!
So I bought the Blitzsafe Ipod adapter a while back from Enfig.com. After reading some other members problems with Blitzsafe I was hoping to get a non defective product. But I wasnt so lucky my adapater had the same problem that many other people experienced, where you cant go back to CD-C if you switch to another source like the radio or the cd player. I called blitzsafe Directly and they were great, he told me that they made another chip to work with the TSX and they would send it to me for free no questions asked. I came home today and look what I found.
Results to follow, Blitzsafe just to me to open up the adapter and replace the old chip with the new chip and I should stop having problems.

Well, I got my chip replacement today and it works! At least for the amount of times I tried. I tired it about 10x on aux power and starting the engine and it would switch over to CD-C everytime. With my orginal and replacement, it would quit after the first few tries.
If it lasts for more then a week, I think we have our fix.
calitsx - Did you make sure you put the chip in the same way the old one was? There is a small circle on the chip that you need to match with the one on the board. Also, on the invoice they printed for me, it says specifically for the TSX. Maybe they mistakenly sent you the one for the S2000?

I bit the bullet and bought the dension. My car is in the body shop right now, so I haven't been able to try it out yet.
It seems to me like almost every single blitzsafe I've read about has had problems. They may have other products that are good, but I think they need to do some more testing on this one.

Hey guys... can you just clarify which Blitzsafe version you're using? Is it v2, *specifically* with the iPod connector?
I'm thinking of trying out the v2 aux connector (RCA female)... but if it's the one all of you are having problems with, I'll wait it out until the find a fix.
