I saw a similiar post recently but couldn't find it, I want to thank whomever posted this first, I got the Blitzsafe Aux Adapter for less than $110. They don't list the brand but it is a Blitzsafe I got it in the mail today.

So, you're saying that the "y" adapter version which normally sells for $130 is only $110 on that site, and it is the Blitzsafe adapter?

I didn't have a problem I got mine in a week. But seeing their ratings now I have to side with the majority...avoid them.

 

The ratings site I've never heard of. But your "majority" is 11 people.

I've gotten everything I ever needed from Autotoys as far as adapters goes, and have no trouble buying from them personally.

$110? Damn, I was selling the regular blitz for $85 shipped, and now I have the new dual input adapter for $90 shipped.

 

Ron, what's the deal with the new dual-input adaptor? Is that the one that fixes the 2005 XM issue?

 

That's a good question, let me check into that because I honestly don't have an answer.

I also got mine from them without a hitch, one complaint is human but 11(that we know of?)? Plus no phone number? I got lucky this time but next time I'll take my business elsewhere.

Yes, the dual input adapter we use is made by USA-SPEC. Blitz doesn't offer one for the TL/CLs in a DUAL mode, just a single or a single w/optional cd changer input. Blitz does, however, have dual mode adapters for OTHER vehicles, go figure.

the dual adaptor I assume is the one so that you can attach to a Navigation system I would guess...that is the one I got from Autotoys
