I currently have a 2000 TL, but I am trading it in on a 2004 TSX. I am curious if my Blitzsafe ad. can be used in the TSX, or if I have to get a different one.
I also have the Alpine-XMA-T200RF XM Satellite Radio and Alpine-CHA-S634 6-disc MP3 changer.
Is there anyone that is using this configuration or do I need to get something else to connect those parts?

I don't think the TL Blitzsafe adapter works in the TSX. Especially since Blitzsafe is still working on an adapter for the TSX. I think you're going to have to go with the Soundgate SNHOND3 adapter.

 

I don't know if the SNhod03 adapter will work. The alpine unit doesn't have RCA connectors.

Not familiar with your Blitzsafe adapter. Is it specifically for alpine units or do you have a seperate adapter that plugs your alpine to your Blitzsafe adapter.

 

I thought the Blitzsafe adapter does the same thing as the SNHOND3 adapter? Doesn't it use RCA connectors for that purpose?

 

Actually the SNHOND03 adapter is a Sony changer to Honda 03'. It just happens to be that Sony changers use RCAs to connect their changers. If you look on the SNHOND03 you will notice that there is another connection next to the RCAs that would control the changer.

Blitzsafe does make similar adapters but I think the one that TL2000 has is an Alpine to Honda 00'. I don't think it will work for the TSX. Also I don't think that anyone makes a Alpine to Honda 03' adapter yet.
