Bleed through with Dom converter

Bleed through with Dom converter
I got the PNP version of Doms Converter, Acura TSX 06
I am getting "bleed through" with my converter. When I switch over to the game cube (which is what I got hooked up) you can see whatever is supposed to be displaying flashing on the screen. It’s REALLY noticeable while the screen is black. It moves at an angle and kind of jitters. It’s whatever is supposed to be displaying on the screen that the converter is supposed to be overriding.
Could it be caused by not grounding the wire in the trunk on the PNP properly?
I tried buying a power filter at radioshack but it didn't make a difference. Although it only consisted of a cylinder magnet that went around the power wire.
I do not have the white wire that goes with the green wire attached to anything and I do not have the camera wires attached to anything. Any ideas?
