Anybody have any experience or heard any good things about this Amp ?
My Stock Amp is Cutting out on my Right Front Speaker. Seems that the Upgraded Pioneer Speakers I have presents and "intermittent" problem with that speaker. Time to replace it.
Thanks

Blaupunkt is a wholy owned subsidiary of the Robert Bosch Corp., the world's largest non-profit company. All of their revenue is dumped back into R&D or donated to charities, as per the wishes of the late Robert Bosch. They do make very high quality stuff, including the Blaupunkt line of electronics. I personally find them a little too "German".....most people who know the Blaupunkt line may know what I'm talking about here....
I've owned several pieces of Blaupunkt car audio stuff, and they seem to be pretty good. My favorite piece (from back in 1990) was the BMA5350 5 channel amp. It was the most awesome amp I have ever owned. Of course, it was manufactured by Zapco for Blaupunkt....
I've read about their new T class amps...actually that is a piece of technology that was developed by a firm here in the US....I can't remember their name....the jist of it is that it is very efficient...it has like 85% efficiency of turning input voltage into usable output. Since only about 15% of the input is released as heat, it does not need the big heat sinks to keep in in control. I've never heard one, but I'd bet it sounds just as good as any average amp....(ie Kenwood, Sony....)
I wouldn't be concerned about their quality or durability....they are just as good as the mainstream car stuff.
OK....I'm done ranting now.....
