Question Which is better choice?

Hi all

I'm a newbie still try to learn

I want add tweeter components to an OE speakers?
or
should I replace the whole component unit?

I just want more treble and clear sound.

If you want more midbass and highs, go with a full component set (and preferably external amp) but you can replace them individually. I'd wait, and do it right, and put in an amp and full component set...

mattastick: does the front/rear speakers have OE amp?
i am looking at Polk DB 5 1/4" components and I have an amp 75*4

How to I connect that to OE head unit? or i have to replace OE head unit?
