Hey guys, I just took care of the REAL bypass today, and ordered the new Navi disc i think it's 1.2 instead of the 1.1 that came with it....does anyone know how much more coverage it has?

from the 1.0 to 1.1 it went from 30% to 70%

Tyzing, sorry I can't answer your question, but I'd like to ask you a follow up:

What exactly did you do to bypass the lockout on the N2? Extra xm-traffic wire to blank pin and ground? A friend asked me to work on his, but I haven't seen a confirmed writeup on bypassing the N2, and of course I don't want to screw it up.

I took a circuit writting pen from Radio Shack and connected the two points needed, i actually bought the step by step directions from a guy on ebay b/c on these message boards they are so confusing so i had no problem spending 10 bucks to save thousands...let me know!

reach, there is a writeup on this site. search for bypass, i used it and bypassed my N2 (with the help of Kamlung who did all the dirty work). No problems at all.
