Any Double-Din All-in-one Navigation Units for the 2nd Gen CL

looking for a navi unit to replace my stock setup that is a double din unit. I prefer the oem style look of a double din unit, but am having some trouble finding units that fit our cars (I have a 2003 CL-S). I like the Pioneer avic-d1, but i've read that it won't fit w/o some custom modifications...

TIA.

i've read that thread, but the ddx8017 doesn't have navigation included (correct me if i am wrong). i would have to buy an external navigation unit. Watching dvd's isn't important to me, thus i would be more interested in something that had the same features as the Pioneer avic-d1. Is the Eclipse the only other option?
