Amp Dead

Well I took out my 12s and left my amp connected, forgetting that the amp would screw up if the wires touched. Well now everytime i plug the speakers up to amp it shuts off, goes into what Autotek calls the diagnostic mode. Well is there anyway to fix this?

apparently the fuse is still good. Ill try to take it out and replace it...but it appears to work fine then it stopps, as on my remote control box, for the amp, it has a green light and then a red light, in normal op, it displays green, but now green comes on, then in a minute the red does.. I dont know..what is wrong.
