OK guys, I need your help. I want to get rid of my 2-10w3's and replace it with 1-10w7. The problem I have is that the box for the 10w7 is about 15-16 inches tall, and the navigation/DVD unit is in my way.

Is there a way to move navigation unit, maybe mounted flat where the car's tools are? Are the wires coming out of the back of the navigation unit long enough to run all the way there. I know I have seen a couple people's setups, where this was done.

Just change the demensions of the box!!!!!!!!!

 

changing the demensions of the box is not a possibility. It is a box from JL specially made for the W7 sub.

So has anyone re-located the dvd/navi unit in the trunk??
