Has anyone played with one of these yet, and is the pulse technology all its cracked up to be? Does anyone know when the navagation system will be available with this unit?

this is a little bit off topic... well, way off... but i noticed in your sig. you have the Phase grill. where and how much did you get it? if the price is good, it may be phase over mugen...

Called a buddy at the local Alpine dealer - they have it in stock. He is checking on the nav system. You should be able to go to a local dealer and see one...

Not trying to flame here but it seems to me like it's just a very fancy dvd player (maybe I missed something).
I'm still waiting for other companies to come out with a complete product like the Pioneer AVIC-N1.

That thing is sweet. How much extra does it cost to turn the IVA-D300 into an actual navagation system?
