Cool Aftermarket Head Unit with Navi

How difficult is it to install an aftermarket head unit with the factory navigation.

same as installing a after market radio without the navi.. but you will lose your navi voice...

Thats the problem then. I don not want to loose the voice guidance

I got rid of mine...I never used it anyway, it was annoying. Its much better to get rid of the shitty stock stereo and upgrade even if you have to lose the voice.
