Question Aftermarket door speakers+head unit=???

If I replace my door speakers, bypass the Bose EQ, remove the stock sub, and install a rockford fosgate amp/ fosgate punch 12inch woofer in a box, will it sound ok? Or will the aftermarket door speakers sound like crap since I will be using an aftermarket head unit (45x4 Aiwa)? Also, once I remove the stock sub, the stock sub amp will be doing nothing from that point on, correct? Also any wiring advice regarding the bypass of the EQ or the speakers would be appreciated, or replies to my previous posts. Sorry for all the annoying questions, but I am new, and as you can see I dont know sh*t

I would like to replace everything new, but I am not exactl rich. I already installed a new head unit, but with the stock speakers it sounds like sh*t, so I want to know if I replace the stock speakers with some good aftermarket ones, will it sound good with my new head unit. Also if I do this, do I still have to screw with the Bose EQ?
