After market radio help for my 01 CL. Blown fuse?

Doing a post in here, hopfully i get a better responce.

Ok, I installed my radio the last week and I had feedback from the eletrical system. Got a filter thing from Fry's, hook that up problem solved. Now after I went to put center console together the radio will not turn on. I figured some wires must of touched or something. Just to be sure, I connected the stock radio back and still no power. This way I know I didn't short my aftermarket radio or something. I checked all the fuses and none of them were blown. Now, I am lost not sure what to look for next. I hope you guys can help me out on this one, Thanks in advance. JM

Check the factory ground. I had problems in the past with other cars when I went to do a radio swap the factory ground wire did not work for the after market radios.

Use a voltmeter and double check you have continuity from the harness ground to the chassis. If not, don't use the ground on your factory harness and ground your aftermarket deck directly to the chassis instead. Also check both your constant power line in the harness (should be getting 12v all the time, regardless if ignition is on or not) and your 12V+ line (voltmeter should read 12v when the ignition is on the "on" position"). If not, you may have a break in one of those lines.
