After market radio faces.

If you put on an after market radio/CD face, will the controls on the steering wheel work for it? Also can you get aluminum dash kits to fit with the face so there isn't a tone of space?

I know on the Alpine cd players, you can buy the steering wheel adapter, so you can use your factory controls, and yes you can make a custom kit to work.
