Cool Adding Sub & Amp to Factory Bose CL 2001

I have an Acura Cl '01 with factory stereo and amp in the trunk. I have an RCA converter that I need to install, but do not want to hack up the factory wiring. I want to connect this either near the factory amp, or to the rear speakers. Also, I am wondering the best way to install my remote wire. Again, I dont want to do a hack job. I learned about wiring the remote wire in with the fuses, but would like to avoid taking apart my back seat side panels again. I already ran my power cable...
All information would be greatly apreciated.
Thanks,
Nathan
PS, accidentally made other post a poll...

Just tap into the rear speakers for your converter.
You shouldn't be tapping the remote into a fuse either unless you have the proper type of fuse tap such as this.... http://www1.cooperbussmann.com/image...86ccd13aad.JPG
I generally go to the ignition for the radio, or use the amp turn on for the factory amp so that it turns on and off with the radio.

Thats good thinking. Where can I find the amp turn on? Do you mean the amp turn on at the fuse box, or wire going into amp? As far as tapping into the rear speakers, I was told I would get a better connection tapping in near the amp, or closer to the head unit. Is this true?

In an amplified system you will want to tap after the amplifier.(such as the rear speakers) If it is non amplified it generally doesn't matter.
