Adding Nav to Non-Nav

Hi, my TSX was purchased without NAV cause I thought I the $2000 extra was not justified. But recently going on a road trip, I realized how much more covenient to plan my trip with NAV.

My question is it possible to add factory NAV or after market NAV in my TSX?

Answers would be much appreciated!

It's possible but will be really expensive because they basically have to take the whole interior apart. If you do a search, you'll find some more posts on this subject.

It'll be best if you look into a trade-in.

Aftermarket will cost you something close to 4k~5kUSD.

You might also want to consider the Magellan Roadmate. Mines has been really useful so far on my first day in Cali today. The good thing about it is that I was able to slap it in my rental car.

Hand Held GPS Systems are fine, but they're no match to an 8" touch-screen! Integrated features are increadible...I wanna go home and get lost!

Wait until January CES '05. I have a strong sneaking suspicion that Alpine will introduce into its aftermarket product the XM/navi real-time traffic data rerouting system from the RL.

And that's when Navi is more than a touch-screen and outdated restaurant locations, folks.
