adding aftermarket audio/dvd to acura TL 1997

adding aftermarket audio/dvd to acura TL 1997
I would like to install aftermarket dvd/gps unit into acura TL 1997. Such as kenwood excelon kvt-815 dvd. What additional trim, adaptors, mounting kits would be required? What is ballpark installation cost?
