Hey, Question:

I know the CL and TL radios are completely different (I've done my fair searches) but there's one question I have yet to find the answer for:

Do has anyone ever wired up successfully the CL radio to work properly in the TL? Mind you, the radio's from a 2nd gen CL going into a 2nd gen TL

 

I've never seen it in almost 7 years. Anything is possible just not worth the hassle for sure. There's no benefit for doing so.

 

of course there's a benefit. I could say I did what no one else was able to do. wire up a CL accessory to a TL. lol

But really though, how are they different? Could it be that the amps are in completely different locations? the pinouts? what?
