Acura 2006tl not pairing with phone

Hi
MY wife's car just stopped pairing with our samsung galaxy note 4 phones . The system boots up fine. How do I fix this?

did you try resetting everything? reset phone. reset car. everything. then try again.
if still not pairing then, maybe something is broken
