Hey guys,

I'm installing a set of Rockford Fosgate T1692 6x9's in my rear deck. I already know the magnets will hit the truck rods. What is the best way to modify this fit? Bending the rods, Custom mounts for the speakers? Anyone out here with experience dealing with this issue opinions would be appreciated.

I obviously meant "trunk" rods. The tension rods that pop the lid and hold it open. I'm new to the site so I was unable to edit. Sigh. Any input on this would be awesome.. I went to the "all models" thread and it seems first GEN Acura CLs arent too popular. Not sure why, I love this little coupe.
