Im putting my dvd player in the glove box and the plugs are straight and they hit the back of the glove box and pushes the dvd player to far foward. So I went over to radio shack and picked up some 90deg plugs. So I tested it on the remote eye sensor. When I cut the wire I noticed that there was 2 wires in there. A red and wire.

Would it still work if I connected both of them together and attached them to the connector. Has anyone had any experience with there 90 deg connectors.

 

I assume you mean "A red and black wire " ??
