i stumbled upon this on ebay. 7inch monitors that dont have any mounting hardware. i would just have them installed into the headrests, but they dont have a name or anything.. the picture shows that the quality is good, but should i beware of these? i will be running the video from my laptop via RCA out.

The seller for that item is in Australia... it's gonna be alot more than $10 for shipping... unless you wanna wait for 6 months and lets it haul it's a$$ over here by boat...

well i talked ot the guy and he said the screen use "PAL" and over here we use NTSC, do the vga to RCA converters for laptops have an option for PAL /NTSC? i dont wana spend 300 bucks on something that i cant use! ahhh

 

to my understanding, all DVD's are NTSC... am I right?

 

No dvd's have region codes which determine what their format is NTSC or PAL.

But im pretty sure depending on the laptop that laptops can change their output to tv from NTSC to PAL, if its an ATI vid card im pretty sure you have the option to change the format, but jus to be sure call ati or your laptop manuf.
