I'm so confused i don't know what to get. I currently have a JL 300/4 amp and I'm trying to find speakers that will match them. I have a 6 yeaor old set of Oz audio 130 cs (5.25) components but I'm not sure if they will fit in the stock location.

I listen mostly to R&B, Top 40 and Dance and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. I'm going to set my budget from 200-300.

Should I keep the Oz audio (and hope they fit)

5.25 or 6.5......

5.25s won't fit, unless you can find a bracket to adapt it for you. It could be that you could find a 5.25 -> 6.5 bracket, and use those in conjunction with Metra brackets for Honda. That would allow you to easily use your existing 5.25s, but that's like $40 of brackets alone. IMO spend the money on new, better speakers.

I like the infinity's so much that I just put them in my car. Brand is all preference though, go to your best local car audio place (not best buy) and take a test listen to some speakers.

 

I have the Boston Pro60's and love them. I had Kicker Resolutions and didn't like them. I would also suggest listening to DLS.

 

Do you have the Pro Series tweeters mounted in the stock dash location? What are you driving them with? How did you wire them?
