Had a car stereo shop tell me today that I should put Boston 6 1/2 rallys in my fronts and rears??? What do you guys think about this? I want to change all of the inside speakers but am not sure what will fit well in our back deck. I don't want to do to crazy of an install......so if you guys know of any speakers that will fit in the back deck (6x9's) please let me know.

JBL GTO930. Someone installed GTO920 and said it fits.

 

you can have 6 1/2's in the rear. they just make a box for it. most of them of even prefab.

 

I would do 6 1/2's but not Bostons.

 

If not bostons that what kind? I was thinking about JL Audio or possibly Kicker components???

also, does anyone have any opinon on the Alpine CDA 7977 head unit? Thats what I'm thinking of getting, I think it will look sweet in our dash.

 

After listening to a lot of different sets i decided to go with Focal, I don't really think there is anything that compares to them. I have the polyglass, if I had the money at the time I would have got the polykevlar.
