2004 Acura TSX w/ Navi -- XM Radio (Not an Ashtray)
I have seen some pictures of integrating an XM Commander into the "not an ashtray tray." Does anyone still do this install? (I tried to PM Bass Mechanic, but for some reason, I do not have permisison.) If not, some anyone know of any other XM installs that have a factory look/feel to them.

Contact a local audio installer, they'd be happy to fabricate something for you. Just go to a 'real' car audio shop, not a Best Buy or Circuit City.
