2000 TL, with NAVI & Bose

sup guys, i was wondering if anyof you have tried doing this, i have a 2000 tl with navi n bose, and i m thinking about replacing all the speakers and the head unit as well, coz as ya all know that the after market head units cant run the bose speakers and the sub, now is there any where i can find a harness to get power and remote signal from the factory wiring harness that plugs into the factory Bose head unit, ALSO is there any way that i can have the navigation VOICE (the nice lady from the navi system that tells where to take a turn and where to take a U turn, )comand come out of the after market speakers as wel, i will be running new wires to the new speakers through a new amp, any suggestions?
