According to the auction it will, however I heard bad things about Alterstart Alternators. Horrible amps at idle and whining noise stories. I was going to purchase one for my TL but after further investigation, I chose to buy a used OEM Alt and have Ohio Generators rebuild it. They are pretty confident they can get 180-190 amps out of it. I should have that done shortly.
