'03 TL-S speakers not working after install

I've just had some Kicker components installed on the front doors. That's the only thing I did. It was working fine yesterday. But today, all the speakers are out, including the back ones. The only thing I can hear is some sound coming from the subwoofer. Anybody know what the hec is going oin? Short circuit? Not enough amp power from the headunit? Thanks for your help

I think you need to clarify. You took all the speakers out and all you can hear is the sub???? Well, duh.

I think the TL sub is driven by a dedicated amp and the other speakers are driven by the HU - or at best another different amp.

So if the sub works and the others don't, I'd say your 4-channel ampis dead or your HU amp is dead...

If the HU amp is dead, I guess it's time for an aftermartket amp.

But why should the HU amp die from the installation of just the front components?
Was it because it was too weak to drive the Kickers?

It would not die from that. It either didn't like the xovers or it's just lost a fuse.

But you need to get it looked at under warranty.

You might have a speaker or wire grounding out that has put the OE amp in protection.
