Hey guys I need a lot of help with my 2003 TL since I'm 16 and completely new to the automobile and audio scene.

Here is a my current set up:
- Rs-1602 1600 watt 2 channel amp
- 12" Kicker CVR in a sealed box
- Factory Bose head unit
- Factory speakers


Here are some troubles/questions I have:
- Help locating a guide on how to remove the thin layer of material all in the trunk in order to install quick roof.
- If I get a dash kit mold, wiring harness, and after market head unit, will I be abled to install it myself? The amp and sub were installed at a car audio shop and therefore I don't know how they wired everything.
- Should I uninstall the factory 9" from its harness? My after market sub makes it rattle everytime and does not sound/appear to be good for it.
- I am also having trouble tuning my amp to my subwoofer. If anyone is abled to get a picture of the dials on my amp and help me configure it I would be very grateful!
