I was reading through your instructions in great detail today, preparing for my project, and I noticed that you suggested running 3 sets of wires to the front and putting the switch there.

I found that instead of running all those wires to the front and then back again, using a 4pdt relay (instead of a 4pdt switch) mounted in the trunk allows for you to only have to run 1 pair of wires to the switch for the relay up front. Just makes running the wires a little easier to deal with and easier to conceal.

Just a suggestion... your instructions are great and I wouldn't have been able to do this without them.

some time soon, i will learn how to deal with the 4pdt relay and can incorporate into the instructions instead using the switch
