Yeah, but Scott smokes too, so neither of us is grossed out by it in the other. We do need to quit soon. I want to quit within the next year, cuz I'll be looking to have kids before long, and of course, while I can fuck up my own body all I want, I'm not going to fuck up my child's in the process.

My #1 problem with my eating habits are my parents. They are TOTALLY uninterested in eating healthily, especially my dad. I've tried everything, but they just poo-poo all my attempts. I even made a coffee cake with wheat flour in order to start weaning my dad towards whole grains, and he threw a fit about how it didn't taste as good as my usual cake. 
I honestly don't know what I can do. They're set in their ways. When I move back in with Scottie, I know I'll eat healthier.

You are assuming if im 200lbs of muscle and stop that it will turn into fat? Its not that easy and muscle is always burning off fat.
Im 200 now, there is no way ill lift and turn it all into muscle. Most likely the fat will burn off and i will be down 180 or so. Which i dont mind.
My issue was never the gym, it was my diet.

Man, I am pissed. Some jackass kids just rang my doorbell and ran away. Of course, my shepard barks and wakes up the 9mos old. Who, by the way, is cutting teeth and took forever to get to sleep. I opened the door and saw the kids down the street. If I was a heartless ass, I would have let the shepard out to tak care of it. Instead, I drove down the street as they were walking in their front door. I rang their doorbell and chatted with their dad for a minute. He was pissed.
Now the baby is screaming and not going back to bed for at least 3 hours.
